Legacy map
You can still open the old layout by choosing Legacy in the server list. It is a mode, not a place on the Revamp map. The current experience is Revamp Part 1 and the parts after it.
What Legacy still is
The Fandom gamemodes page describes Legacy as the pre-revamp layout. Moving mannequins existed in the old Hotel and Dead Mall. In the current mall the mannequin is a static prop. Still Life's old home was the Liminal Home basement, and it could wander into the old Lobby. You Cheated was removed in V2.0; the developer said it would return, and no date is published. The current 24-badge list does not include a You Cheated badge.

Yes, by selecting Legacy when you join a server. It is a mode.

In Legacy. The current Dead Mall mannequin does not walk.
