Desolate Office

How to enter

Part 5 added this level on 9 Oct 2026. The badge shows 383,854 awards and a 10.4% win rate. An older site sent people here from a hotel exit. I do not use that route: the Fandom page and the November route guide both start at Empty Studio.

1. Reach Empty Studio from the Lobby Neighborhood or from the Poolrooms Big Open Room.
2. Find the Fake Houses point of interest.
3. Take the hallway next to it into the office.

Misprint and the elevator shaft

Misprint was added here on 30 Oct 2026 with the Halloween update. Mimic, Misremembered, and the Spongebob Balloon are also named, and Still Life can wander in from the studio. The infinite elevator shaft is a picture spot, not a separate level. Red City's pockets sit inside the same office complex.

Office route versus hotel route

Treat Empty Studio as the start of the office branch. The hotel belongs to the other branch through the Poolrooms and Pipedreams; confusing those two routes sends you back through several unrelated levels. Once in the office, Red City is found in pockets within the same complex, rather than through a Lobby door. Misprint is the office-specific threat named by both public guides. Its faster movement and camera-flash stun come from the Fandom entity page only, so those details have 1 independent source.
